Why does the light keep flashing at night in D2D mode?

It should caused by the LUX setting. Low LUX will cause the light to flash.

Please higher the LUX to fit the ambient brightness, and make the light heads face up and the sensor face down. This can reduce the influence of lighting on the sensor

Why does the light stay on at night in Auto mode?

It should caused by the LUX setting. High LUX will cause the light to stay on.

Please lower the LUX to fit the ambient brightness, and make the light heads face up and the sensor face down. This can reduce the influence of lighting on the sensor

Why is the light activated by motion during daytime in Auto/D2D mode?

LUX is higher than your ambient environment, so it is defined as “night” and the light will turn on when motion is detected.

Please lower the LUX to try it out.

How to reset the light?

1, Turn the power off for 30 minutes for the light.

2, Power the light on again.

3, Re-adjust all settings and check again.

If the light is malfunctioning, please reset it and adjust all the settings.
